Restorative Circles and One-on-One Restorative Spaces

At Soaring 2 Peace, I offer a restorative space that invites reflection, connection, and meaningful Dialogue. Each space is rooted in mutual respect and the understanding that every person brings their own values, experiences, and truths. Restorative practice is a values-driven approach that emphasizes relationships, accountability, and repair, creating space for people to be heard and to understand one another.

Services

  • Restorative Circles

Circles are facilitated conversations designed to build understanding and strengthen relationships. The Universal Wheel of Restorative guides this process through four phases: getting acquainted, building trust, addressing the real reason for the circle, and developing a restoration plan. As a facilitator, I guide the process with care but without attachment to any specific outcome, trusting that genuine transformation emerges when people are seen, heard, and honored. Participants are invited to listen deeply, speak from the heart, and respect one another’s perspectives as shared insight and reflection unfold.

  • One-on-One Restorative Spaces

At Soaring 2 Peace, one-on-one sessions offer an intentional space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. These sessions are guided by the restorative approach, creating room for thoughtful conversation, deep listening, and personal insight to unfold at a natural pace.

Each session is grounded in shared humanity and the belief that restoration begins with presence. Through this practice, participants are invited to engage with themselves and others in ways that nurture awareness, balance, and peace in everyday life.

Service Policy

At Soaring 2 Peace, all services are rooted in respect, presence, and the belief that meaningful change begins when people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Our Approach

Soaring 2 Peace offers restorative spaces designed to support reflection, understanding, and personal growth. Our services are not therapy, legal mediation, or crisis intervention. They are guided conversations that invite awareness, connection, and restoration.

Restorative Circles

Restorative Circles are facilitated conversations guided by the Universal Wheel of Restorative Practice. Participants move through phases of connection, trust-building, truth-sharing, and restoration.

Participants are invited to:

  • Listen with openness and care

  • Speak from personal experience

  • Respect differing perspectives

  • Honor confidentiality within the circle

The facilitator guides the process but does not impose outcomes. Growth emerges through shared presence and mutual respect.

One-on-One Restorative Spaces

One-on-one sessions offer a calm, intentional space for reflection and self-awareness. These sessions are grounded in restorative principles and move at a pace that honors each individual’s needs.

They are not a substitute for therapy or clinical services but support personal insight, grounding, and meaningful connection.

Confidentiality & Respect

All sessions are held in confidence, except where disclosure is required by law. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and contribute to a safe, supportive environment. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in discontinuation of services.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions are scheduled in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible.

Participation Agreement

By engaging in services with Soaring 2 Peace, participants agree to approach the experience with openness, respect, and personal responsibility.
